Rick Boyages: 

Currently serving as both the Associate Commissioner for the Big Ten Conference and the Executive Director of the new Big Ten/Mid-American/Summit Officiating Consortium, Rick coached at the collegiate level for 19 years.  Prior to his current position, he was the Associate Commissioner for the Mid-American Conference.  He served as Head Coach at William & Mary and Bates College, and also spent a decade as Associate Head Coach at Boston College and Ohio State.  He has experienced Big East and Big Ten Conference Championships, 5 NCAA Tournaments, two Elite Eights and a Final Four with the Buckeyes in 1999.

Sam Lickliter:

Sam has nearly three decades of Division I officiating experience and is the former Supervisor of Officials for both the Mid-American Conference and the Summit League.  Sam remains actively involved at both the MAC and Summit, as well as the Big Ten, as an Associate Director of the new Big Ten/Mid-American/Summit Officiating Consortium.  A veteran of 15 NCAA Tournaments and 17 NIT’s, Sam worked 5 NCAA Regionals and a Final Four, as well as the finals of both the Pre-Season and Post-Season NIT.  His career spanned 28 years in the MAC and 22 years in the Big Ten.  Sam also officiated in the Big 12, C- USA,  Missouri Valley,  Atlantic 10, Horizon, OVC and the former Mid-Continent Conference (now the Summit League).
